Welcome to the REQUEST - WATER ON/OFF application process.
Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all
folders held by the account holder in their MyCity profile.
Please note the following application conditions:
- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
IMPORTANT: If your request is an emergency, please contact District of Squamish Operations during business hours at
604.815.6868, or after business hours at 604.815.4040 (visit www.squamish.ca for current hours).
48 hours’ notice FROM TIME OF FULL PAYMENT is required when requesting water to be turned off.
For demolitions, you are not required to complete this form; please complete a Service Disconnection Form.

Water Off/On Fees: $50.00 to turn water OFF and $50.00 to turn water ON (existing water service only).
Call-outs out of normal working hours incur overtime / call-out fees.
