Welcome to the REQUEST - PRE-APPLICATION MEETING application process.
Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all
folders held by the account holder in their MyCity profile.
READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE APPLYING FOR A PRE-APPLICATION MEETING:
*All mandatory fields must be completed.
An Application Fee of $400 is due at the time of submission.
Required Documents: In order to apply for your Pre-Application Meeting, you will need to provide the District of Squamish with the following documents (where applicable):
- Site Plan(s), including:
- lot area dimensions (m2)
- simple elevations (m2)
- location of any watercourses on or near the proposed development area
- location of any known trails (walking, hiking, biking, etc.)
- If available, you may also provide Development Plans.
IMPORTANT: In an effort to avoid unnecessary professional costs, you may prepare and submit hand-drawn plans so long as they are correctly scaled and measured.
Please review the District of Squamish Official Community Plan, including Section 5: Development Permit Area Guidelines, to ensure the proposal is in line with these guidelines, and if not, I understand the deviations that will be reviewed during the Pre-Application Meeting.
