Once a complete application is submitted, a key and pin number to access all fill stations will be issued within 5 business days.

Please note the following
mandatory application conditions:
- Truck Liquid Waste Contract
- A certificate of insurance confirming that the Company has $5,000,000 commercial general liability insurance naming the District of Squamish as additional insured. It must be a term of the policy that the insurer must give 30 days’ notice of cancellation or material change of said insurance.
- Proof of current business licence with the District of Squamish
- Copy of WorkSafe BC Clearance Letter
Please note that your application progress will be lost if you close the application page. If you have your documentation prepared the application process should take 10 minutes. This can be sped up if you have an existing MyCity account with the District of Squamish.
